Anyway, getting back to my point....I signed up for their emails a long time ago. Recently, they sent a request to take a survey. I was happy to do so, but it was a video survey. When I emailed them to ask if they had a non-video survey I could take, Michael Provost (Customer Satisfaction) replied quickly. He said they did not have a form survey, but if I'd provide my mailing info, he'd send out a thank you gift. It arrived yesterday. In addition to four 50¢ coupons and a bunch of recipe brochures, they also sent a reusable shopping bag, a cutting mat, a cheese slicer with two thicknesses, and an adorable squeezy cow! I wasn't expecting all that, but it was a pleasant surprise.
Not only do they make great cheeses, but their customer service is amazing.
Okay, that's all for now. My next post will be back to the frugal tips and/or recipes.
