Anyway, I just want to make a quick post. I know a lot of people are excited for Sunday's Super Bowl.
If you don't have cable, here's a great article on the many ways you can watch it for free (some do assume you have a Roku or Xbox, others are online or over-the-air). It mentions Fox Sports Go specifically, so here's a direct link.
Regarding food: A couple years back, I shared a few links for game day eats. Unfortunately, only one of those links appears to still be active - 50 Vegan recipes from PETA.
However, I've found this list of 67(!) Vegetarian recipes, these 20 Vegetarian snacks, 35 more Vegan recipe ideas (some look very yummilicious), one of many Vegetarian chili recipes, cauliflower "wings" 4 ways from PETA, and for those who want wings but dislike cauliflower here are some Buffalo "wings" made from Seitan!
Finally, I'll leave you with this recipe for Vegetarian Buffalo "chicken" dip (I usually use half light Ranch dressing and half Bleu cheese dressing, Cheddar Cheese, and omit the "chicken"). Don't worry Vegans, here's a Buffalo dip for you too!
So, enjoy a few cold beers (or beverage of your choice), some hot snacks, plenty of good friends, and (if you pay attention) the game!
