I want to briefly talk about two work-from-home opportunities. I'll be researching more as time goes on (and if you have experience with any, please feel free to comment with your suggestions. I WILL check them out).
If you're looking into work-from-home opportunities in order to get rich and quit your job, you're going to be very disappointed. But if you're just looking for a little bit of extra cash, and have some spare time to waste, these can be a great idea.
I've been a member of InboxDollars for quite a while. I earned enough to get the minimum payout ($30.00), and they DID send the check to me. So I can vouch that they're legitimate. Unfortunately, when I was close to earning another minimum payout, I had things come up and quit visiting their site. After a few months of inactivity, they deleted my account (and earnings). I re-signed up and have been slowly rebuilding my earnings. The lesson there is simple, don't forget to log in periodically. Earning cash is pretty easy. There are emails to read (each pays 2¢), videos to watch (payout varies, but is usually a few cents), surveys to take (payout varies - lowest I've seen is 25¢ and the highest was $1.50), tasks to complete (for a few cents each), and offers (some are 100% free, while others earn you money while you shop or donate or what-have-you).
The other I currently belong to is CashCrate. I have NOT received a payout yet, in spite of being a member for quite a while (mostly because I'll go weeks [or in one case, 2 months] without signing in). However, a friend of mine who has tried a number of work-from-home places (with mixed results) swears by them. He said they pay you quickly and without trouble. You get 3¢ just for "checking in" (and you get a 50¢ bonus if you check in every day for a calendar month). There are offers (both 100% free and paid) and surveys, with varying payouts. Plus tasks to complete. And now and then there will be videos (though fewer than when I first signed up, sadly) that pay a few cents each.
Well, that's it for now. As I said, feel free to comment with other work-from-home places you've had experiences with and I'll check them out.
Until next time.....
