So, last year around this time, I posted a St. Patrick's Day blog. It was entirely recipes. You can view it here. I decided this time around to focus on a few DIY projects. This will not be a lengthy post, but I figure that between last year's and this, you'll have plenty of great ideas!
Let the kids in on the fun with these kid-friendly craft projects. You'll find everything from edible jewelry to cute leprechaun bowling pins!

Several years ago, I crocheted a bunch of shamrock coasters. They turned out wonderful. Of course, since then, the site has started charging for patterns. A set of patterns that are supposed to cover the whole year can be downloaded here for $8.99. If you want to make a variety of special coasters, it might be worth it. Otherwise... Though not the same, here is a rounded shamrock coaster pattern for free (as of this time). And a free (again, as of now) 4-leaf clover coaster. If you can't crochet, no worries! Here's a felt and sponge coaster!
And before I end this post (told you it would be brief!), I want to share a list of costume ideas (and a few party favours).
Until next time, save the snakes!
